WHAT DO YOU NEED:
Meditation takes places seated. You can be on a chair, kneeling, on a meditation stool, a meditation cushion or cross legged on the floor yogi-style, whatever feels most comfortable. We recommend wearing cosy socks and having a blanket to hand.
ABOUT SYLVIA:
Sylvia is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher, clear and easy to follow. Her variety of online classes leave you feeling grounded, inspired and calm. Based in Dublin for regular meditation, yoga classes and workshops, Sylvia is currently studying a Masters in Mindfulness in UCD and shares her learnings and insights in her classes.
