Heads, shoulders, knees and toes!

Taking our awareness to one part of the body as we move is a really effective way to focus the mind to find a present-moment quality as we explore overall range of motion and sensation in the body.

Focusing on good alignment helps us understand the mechanics of our bodies and helps us remain strong, flexible and tension-free as we move through life.

Learning something new is rewarding and wholesome, expanding that learning and building on it from week to week is empowering.

Committing to a learning journey is courageous and exciting.

Each week in April we will focus on an area of the body as I guide you through full range of motion in the entire body for an all-round, feel-good yoga practice to promote a healthy body, inside and out. Equal emphasis on mindfulness, focused calm attention, for the good health of our minds.

As always, we’ll get playful with fun, challenging yoga poses. Options for every level of practice from complete beginners, each class is designed for you to take from it what suits you best. I will help you with that wise action on the mat by giving you plenty of easy instruction and plenty of options. We learn to listen to our bodies.

 You can join us for the five weeks of April, 10 classes, by selecting a quantity of five here; it's also fine to select one and come week to week.

Live classes are on Tuesday and Thursday 1-2pm, you can catch up on recordings any time and watch them as often as you like all week.
