Outdoor Yoga Orlagh House, Wednesday mornings, 10-11am, May and June 2021.


Orlagh House have very kindly offered their beautiful grounds for us to return to this Spring! We are booked in for the next four Wednesdays from 10-11am.

The events run Rain or Shine. If it's dry bring your yoga mat, we will flow through an hour of mindfulness, yoga suitable for all levels, meditation and relaxation. Yoga takes place on the grassy lawn beside the main entrance to the house overlooking Dublin City and Irish Sea. If it's raining bring a raincoat and sturdy shoes. We'll start under the trees for yoga, posture awareness and mindfulness and then follow 'The Way' for an immersive forest-bathing silent walk in nature. We meet again for more yoga and reflection back under the shade of the trees.

Yoga is suitable for all levels, beginners to advanced. Mindfulness and forest bathing will calm the busiest of minds, all welcome!
