Joyful July

Live yoga twice a week, with recordings of each class available for one week, will run for 4 weeks in July - no yoga Tuesday 14th, Thursday 16th. Join us on a journey deeper into home practice, deeper into self awareness, deeper into the joy of living fully in the present moment. Book before 11am Tuesday to received the Zoom link for the live class, Tuesdays and Thursdays 1-2pm. Don't worry if you run late, you can enjoy these classes any time for one week.

Who else feels like it's been a hard slog the past while? We had to knuckle down and look inside, and we discovered our reservoirs were deep.

We tuned in and got reflective and strong in body and mind, now we get to play!

In July we will shine out from that place of stability, intention, and connection, we have focused on to date, and use our bodies and our minds to find new neural pathways, new ways of being, new expressions of what is it to be fully present in body and mind!

Our four-week journey is a celebration of JOY!

Our practice on our mats will emphasise yoga poses that make us feel alive. Each practice will be balanced, as always, with the things that ground and quieten us ... joy in action and in surrender.

*Note: no yoga 14th and 16th July; this will be self practice week (self practice can include eating a '99, lying on lawn or beach to gaze at the clouds, or simply smelling the fresh cut grass as you go about your day).

You can pre-book Joyful July by selecting four classes here. Select one to join us for any single week.

Our first Outdoor Yoga event on Friday 26th June sold out immediately but there will be more! Marlay Park have been back in touch to discuss that opportunity (with very strict covid-friendly guidelines), Orlagh House may run again.

I'll update here on Outdoor Yoga Events this summer, we also have two Whatsapp groups, one for Orlagh, one for Marlay Park. Please text me on 0876822362 to be added to one or both Whatsapps group for Outdoor Yoga.

I have no further news on yoga in The Park Community Centre (back soon we hope), or Ballyroan Community Centre (not back for another while), any news I have will be updated here.

Enjoy reflecting on your stability, your intention, your connections, your moments of joy.

Looking forward so much to seeing you on a mat!

With gratitude, love and JOY!

xx Sylvia.

Our quote for next week is by the author Viktor Frankl:

"Everything can be taken from a man but one thing; the last of the human freedoms - to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way".
