February’s workshop is designed to soften you. We will flow gently through full range of motion in the body. We will soften tight muscles which helps us relax and move with greater ease, fluidity and grace. This two hour class incorporates a mindful flow to take your body through full range of motion, releasing tight muscles and tension. Poses that focus the mind and strengthen the body. Deep relaxing. Strength and relaxation in equal dose as you flow, then take this off your mat into your life!!
Learn a little more about the subtle aspects of yoga. Be more curious, be more patient. You have two full hours. Open up to new thoughts and patterns of movement and behaviour. Let old stuff, tightness and stagnancy go. Breath work to accompany each element of the practice.
