Playful November!

Join us to use our time in November to be child-like and playful on our yoga mats. We are going to explore, have fun, fall over, get back up, and play!

Each class is going to have an extra-long ten minute guided relaxation followed by Savasana at the end. 

Week 1: Bakasana. Crow Pose. Stay connected, look forward and move forward, hug the midline, fly! 

Week 2. Ardha Chandrasana. Half Moon Pose. Ground down, hug the midline, open the heart, take flight!

Week 3. Rock the bow. Engage the bhandas, open the heart, lengthen through the midline … then rock and roll, fall over, roll back in! 

Week 4. Let your eagle take flight. Hug the midline, keep the spine long, release the leg, unwrap,  and let the eagle fly to flying spilts! 

Week 5. Let playtime soak in (nap time ;-)). Gentle hatha yoga flow and yoga nidra. 

All classes are suitable for mixed abilities. All classes will be taught with beginners / limitations in mind. If you have an injury please don’t practice, if in doubt don’t do a pose. 

To book in for Playful November please select five passes here. To join us week to week just select one. Classes run from Tuesday 3rd / Thursday 5th November to Tuesday 1st / Thursday 3rd December, 1-2pm each day. Recordings are sent afterwards and are live for one week.
