Solar Alvura Yoga Retreats are supportive, invitational and fun. They are designed by Sylvia Ferguson who has over 20 years of experience in teaching yoga.

Retreat includes:

Full use of the extensive facilities, infinity pool, hammam and gym.

Optional group excursions including kayaking incur a cost. Daily trip to the local beach for an evening sunset dip is included.

Full range of treatments available at the hotel.

5 nights accommodation in a classic room or upgrade to a deluxe room or suite.

All meals a nutritious breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Tea, coffee, filtered water is unlimited. Alcoholic drinks will incur a cost.

Twice daily yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices with all of your equipment provided, no need to bring your yoga mat unless you'd like to. Please bring warm layers for sunrise rooftop meditation.

Excursions with the group (depending on the time of year) include beach days, hiking, a visit to a local olive farm, cooking demonstrations, a visit to a local village, kayaking to an island, ferry to an island for relaxation and swimming.
