Yoga in an Irish country house, in the Swiss Alps, in the Italian countryside ... who's on for summer adventure?
Dear Yoga Friends,
I hope you’re enjoying your summer and finding balance and ease in your life. My focus this summer is opening up to new experiences, adventures and thought patterns, letting go of old patterns of thought and behaviour by simply being willing to explore new things. I also have a large skip, filling it is way more fun than I had ever guessed, who knew!
New venue for Dublin yogis this summer is Marlay Park for Wednesday morning yoga 9.30-10.30am all of July and August. Drop in spaces are currently available but may become limited so please check with me before coming for the first time.
New collaboration is with the delightful Charlotte of Recharge Retreats who worked with me for many years in RTE. Our highly qualified nutritionist Jennifer will be part of the team for weekends in Ireland to relax you and allow you to completely recharge. Emphasis on these retreats is on the elimination of stress so the yoga will be gentle with a focus on releasing tension in the physical body and mind. The amazing food and luxurious venues are designed with rest and vitality in mind. First up is July 20th-22nd in the beautiful Monaincha Manor House, Tipperary.
For travelling yogis, I’ll be with my much loved co hosts Exotic Yoga Retreats in Verbier, Switzerland, this August and Umbria, Italy, this September.
As always, I'm extra delighted to have old friends and new, yogis and some brand new to yoga booking on retreats, thanks so much to all of you!
Summer teacher training with YogaHub is on for July. Huge thanks to Matt of YogaHub for his commitment to developing our teacher training program, this course is so good I want to do it!
New workshops rolling out in September will be in The Park Community Centre. First one up will be Saturday September 15th, 2-4pm, … handstands!! More about that to come.
There’s a whisper of me teaching on a retreat in Mexico in December this year and some further collaborations with new venues next year.
Keep planting little seeds of adventure in your thoughts and the right experience will show up for you when you are ready.

Happy summer, yoga friends, love from my beautiful sunny garden,
Namaste,
Sylvia.
