Dear Yoga Friends, 

Join us for weekly online yoga exploring movement and mindfulness as we notice and soften the patterns in the body and the patterns in the brain. One class a week, Tuesdays at 1pm, with the recording; the class is yours to repeat for the week. 

A six week course is €50; one class is €10. 

We explore waking up the body, setting ourselves up well with intentions that support a safe and playful practice, exploring new pathways together. We guide our attention to finding what’s new, what’s supportive, what is making sense from moment to moment as we connect with our bodies.

As always I will strive to deliver you a yoga practice that is balanced and healthy… strength, balance, posture, muscle tone, flexibility and range of motion. Please ensure you have your Doctor’s blessing to do yoga and only do what feels right for you in your body. All you need is your yoga mat and a cushion or blanket to hand (two for restorative … the class class of the 4-week block).

Each class will include breath-work, mindfulness, meditation, and guided relaxation practices. As a neuroscientist I like to share a little of the “why” as we explore with our non-judgemental curious minds!
