Dear Yoga Friends,

This is just a save-the-date post as the details of our upcoming retreat are being finalized and will be up live for booking on Burren Yoga in the coming days.

The retreat venue has just three single rooms with an en-suite accommodation and a range of other choices. The only way to secure your choice is to book when the event goes live on their website. Dave is awaiting photos from me (I’ll be looking for a volunteer photographer and models in yoga this week!) and a few days after that booking goes live.

You’ll see on their gorgeous website how things normally operate and my retreat will run like all the others so please feel free to browse and familiarise yourself with how things work. Dave is there for any questions and I can guarantee all the teachers there are amazing if those dates don’t suit you.

It’s wonderful to receive so many enquiries, old friends and new. Men are welcome, in fact, encouraged!

I’ll update here as we go along, I’ll update by email and on socials, of course it’s always fine to reach out to me however we normally chat.
