Spring forward! Twice-weekly online yoga in March

It’s time to embrace the hint of Spring in the air and re-visit the qualities of our practice that put a spring in our step and keep us moving forward in life with joy and ease. Our intentions we take onto our yoga mats spill out to influence the thought patterns that influence the decisions we make in life.

*beginner’s mind. We start afresh with each new breath.

*trust and hope. We remain open to each new moment without getting dragged into negative thought.

*wise action. We do things that support the life we want to live.

Let’s take all of that to the mat in March.

Each week I will guide you through full range of motion in the physical body for an all-round, feel-good yoga practice to promote a healthy body , inside and out. Equal emphasis on mindfulness, focused calm attention, for the good health of our minds.

As always, we’ll get playful with fun, challenging yoga poses. Options for every level of practice from complete beginners, each class is designed for you to take from it what suits you best. I will help you with that wise action on the mat by giving you plenty of easy instruction and plenty of options.

 You can join us for the four weeks of March, 8 classes, by selecting a quantity of four here; it's also fine to select one and come week to week. 

March’s workshop is on Saturday 20th; Yoga Flow and Yoga Nidra.

Live classes are on Tuesday and Thursday 1-2pm, you can catch up on recordings any time and watch them as often as you like all week.
