A day of Mindfulness, Yoga and Connection in Orlagh House, February.

One whole day out in Ireland’s most beautiful country house. An opportunity to go deeper into your yoga practice, go deeper into the quiet space inside. Sylvia will indulge you with yoga, meditation, incredible healthy food, a guided hike to a haunted ruin at Dublin’s Hellfire Club, and opportunities for self-discovery, mindful communication and intention setting.

Your day includes yoga, guided meditations and self-inquiry practices, hikes, relaxations, morning coffee with healthy treats and a delicious lunch, new experiences and fresh perspectives.

Flow of the day:

10am-11.30am. Yoga flow. A practice designed to stretch and soften every part of your body. All levels. Lots of breath-work, mindfulness and relaxation peppered in. 

11.30-12 noon. Coffee and tea with healthy snacks. 

12noon-1.30pm. Guided mindful hike to the Hellfire Club (if it rains Mindfulness Workshop)

1.30-2.30pm. Lunch. A hearty, warm, healthy, delicious meal. 

2.30-3pm. Yoga philosophy in armchairs by the fire. 

3-4.30pm. Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

4.30-5pm. Guided meditation and closing circle.

What to bring: 

Your yoga mat. 

A yoga block, if you have one, or a small cushion, a folded blanket or beach towel as a cushion for yourself. 

Indoor shoes, slippers or cosy socks for wearing around the house, a hoody or warm sweatshirt to stay cosy indoors. 

Hiking boots or strong waterproof runners for the Hellfire Hike, a  coat, hat, scarf and gloves suitable for November weather. A change of clothes in case we get soaked hiking!
