Evening yoga classes in The Park Community Centre - everything you need to know.

Mondays 6.45-7.45pm. Thursdays 6.45-7.45pm. Courses are ongoing. Regulars please prepay to book, newcomers please contact me to go on a waiting list.

A four week course is €35. Drop-ins, when available, are €10Two course for four weeks (8 classes) €60.

Newcomers are most welcome, please check with me as we have a limited number of spaces. I suggest adding yourself to the mailing list for the centre to keep updated on courses and classes here.

Monday’s class is 6.45-7.45pm; Thursday’s is 6.45-7.45pm. We break for the school’s breaks at mid term and holidays. Courses run on an ongoing basis, you are welcome to join us any time.

What to expect in class: 

Yoga for your physical body is designed to be balanced and healthy… strength, balance, posture, muscle tone, flexibility and range of motion. There is always plenty of breath-work, mindfulness, meditation and guided relaxation practices. All poses are adaptable for beginners. If you have any injuries or medical concerns please check with your doctor before practicing yoga. More about Sylvia’s style of teaching here.

Our courses will run in 4-week blocks with the last week of each course focused on an aspect of restorative yoga… Yoga Nidra, Yin or Guided Body Scans. I will ask you to please confirm and pre-pay your next course on the final week of each course as we can have a waiting list for both classes. 

I will always work with you if you are travelling and need to do part-of a course. I will always freeze your credit if you become sick or unable to attend. I do appreciate you letting me know if you can’t make a class but I know life is busy and last minute things crop up. You are always welcome to join the live online class instead of coming to class or request access to this recording. Please don’t ever worry about coming back after a break, you are always welcome back.

Monthly workshops, two hours long, will run to allow you to go a little deeper into your practice. At the moment these are happening in Mutton Lane Yoga Studio. Upcoming events are always listed on the Events and Workshops page of my website. Please book Eventbrite events early as they tend to book out quickly. New Mindfulness Course (8-week MBSR) will begin in October and again in January in Mutton Lane Yoga Studio on Wednesday mornings.
