Planning your summer: planning your yoga

July is almost upon us and a month of summer has slipped through our fingers. What was meaningful, what takes priority for you, what are your values, how do you want to spend your time? 

Drifting along is wonderful, especially when a busy schedule drops a little. A deep sigh, a leisurely day, these are all essentials. Find a little balance and structure in all of that by planning in the things that matter. Time in nature, time with no talking, time to move through the air and really feel it on your skin. Time to simply be you. 

Plan in your time for yourself. Look at your week. Where and with whom, where will you nurture yourself, restore yourself, express yourself, be with yourself. 

Join us in Mutton Lane Yoga Studio. For the rest of June and most of July yoga runs Wednesday and Friday mornings 10am-11am; our next Saturday morning workshop is July 10th. We have a venue with outdoor and indoor options, plenty of secure parking and a spotlessly clean loo!

The sun gradually creeps over the deck as we practice; so many of us feel as if we are on holidays! Our yoga has birdsong and bees as background sounds, and the fresh breeze has a hint of sea in it's fragrance. We have found paradise.
